When Does Custom Tote Rack Sizing Actually Matter?

“Custom” should solve a specific storage problem. It should not simply make an ordinary rack sound more impressive. The useful question is whether your tote collection, wall, access path, or daily routine requires dimensions that an off-the-shelf option does not provide.
